The Study On The Survival And Development Of Famer Cooperative Based On Environmental Changes

Farmer cooperative is agricultural production operators or agricultural production and management service providers and users in rural areas on the basis of household contract management.It is mutual economic organizations of voluntary alliance and democratic management. The implement of Farer Cooperatives Law of People’s Republic in July2007clarified a series of major issues,which restricting the development of farmer cooperatives legal status and organization attributes, the distribution of benefits and internal governance for a long time. Farmer cooperative plays an indispensable role in agricultural production, processing, distribution and financing etc. It has become an irreplaceable economic organization in rural areas’development.Practice at home and abroad have proved that to develop specialized cooperative economic organizations of farmers plays an irreplaceable role in adjusting of rural industrial structure, promoting cement the industrialization of agriculture, improving the degree of organization of farmers, increasing farmers’ income,promoting rural economic development,improving the quality of farmers and so on. However, with the agricultural industrial revolution spread worldwide,which according to industrial organization and production of agricultural technological change as the main feature.The survival and development of farmer cooperatives is faced with environmental adaptation in China.Cooperative economic organizations have becoming increasingly competitive in recent years. Agricultural cooperative organizations’industry and environment tend to complication, dynamic and uncertainty in the development process. Their development process are constantly adapting to the changes in the external environment and accumulating their own internal capacity. In order to ensure the normal and orderly development,the cooperative economic organizations must follow the changes in the environment and their own resources and capacity changes.They must implement strategic chang and combinate internal control, external environment, the organization itself with dynamic coordinated development.In this paper,we use the theory of peasant economy,farmer cooperation organization development theory,farmer cooperation organization innovation theory and turbulence management theory,combined with our survival and development of rural cooperative organizations environmental changes. To explore and systems analysis the economic organizations of farmers’survival and development in the changing environmental conditions.We preliminary construct a systematic analysis framework on the survival and development of farmer cooperatives.Proposing the existing problems and suggestions in survival and development stage.This article consists of six chapters. The first chapter is introduction.It introduces background, purpose,significance and current situation of research at home and abroad.And tell you research ideas and research methods.Chapter II introduces farmers cooperation organization development theory,including the theory of peasant economy,farmer cooperation organization development theory,farmer cooperation organization innovation theory and turbulence management theory.Chapter III summarizes the changes of survival and development environment in rural cooperative organizations.It elaborates the relationship between changes and behavior modification of survival and development in farmers cooperation organization.Chapter IV empirical analyse the changes of survival and development environment in rural cooperative organizations. Chapter V describes the adjustment mode of the changing survival and development environment in rural cooperative organizations.Chapter VI discusses the countermeasures and thinking of survival and development in rural cooperative organizations at this stage.
