Study the history and status of Hainan banana seedlings market, divide the development history and point out the significance of banana seedling industry. Hainan seedling market start with the banana tissue culture seedling, then go into rapid expansion, intense competition, and eventually reach the period of mature stability. Then specifically analyze the production status of Hainan banana first-grade seedling and the status of the second grade seedling’s production.this paper systematically and detailed study banana seedling market of Hainan initially.After the understanding the development status of Hainan banana seedling market, this paper furtherly study satisfaction’s influencing factors of Hainan banana seedling market from the view of farmers. This paper based on the sample survey of310farmers of ten western counties and cities of Hainan, analyze the farmers’evaluation of importance and satisfaction towards the various influencing factors. According to the IPA theory,build the index system of farmers satisfaction evaluation,through the empirical analysis and reasoning. The research shows that farmers consider that the disease resistance of banana seedling.quality of seedling, seedling dealer,government supervision and support play important role, however these factors are not satisfying in practice, this paper put forward that we shoud improve the status in the light of IPA quadrant analysis.
