In recent years,with the deepening of China's opening up to the outside world and the continuous advancement of the market economy,especially in the country "all the way"strategy background,more and more overseas Chinese overseas Chinese,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan compatriots choose to return home business.Therefore,in order to attract overseas Chinese businessmen to invest in the region,so as to promote local economic development,local governments at all levels have introduced a series of new policies and measures for overseas Chinese enterprises.At present,Hainan is in a comprehensive well-off society and the early completion of the international tourism island construction goals tackling the critical period,attracting more capital and technology into Hainan is conducive to the early realization of these two goals.Hainan as China's famous hometown of overseas Chinese,and near Southeast Asia,to play geography,blood and cultural advantages,to attract more Chinese,overseas Chinese to Hainan enterprises will undoubtedly Hainan business activities and economic development has important practical significance.However,whether to attract overseas Chinese enterprises settled in Hainan,but also depends on the extent of Hainan's entrepreneurial environment.Domestic and foreign research suggests that a local entrepreneurial activity is active,mainly dependent on the local entrepreneurial environment.However,the current academic circles of Hainan entrepreneurial environment research is still a systematic problem,overseas Chinese businessmen in Hainan business environment concerns.Based on this,this paper attempts to make an all-round study and evaluation of the entrepreneurial environment in Hainan Province,and find out the problem.It is the main purpose of this paper to improve the entrepreneurial environment in Hainan.Based on the previous studies,this paper chooses Kostova's three-factor national system model to study the institutional environment of entrepreneurship in Hainan Province,because the institutional environment of entrepreneurship is more operational than the general study of the entrepreneurial environment The At the same time,this paper will combine the theory of customer satisfaction in marketing,and extract the regional image from the market,the entrepreneur expects two first-level indicators to enrich the Hainan city entrepreneurial system environmental satisfaction evaluation index system,with a view to fully and accurately reflect The present situation of environmental satisfaction in the entrepreneurial system of Hainan Province is the main research idea of this paper.In this paper,overseas Chinese enterprises in Hainan Province as an empirical study of the object,in-depth Haikou,Wanning,Wenchang and other places of overseas Chinese enterprises to conduct a questionnaire survey of entrepreneurs.A total of 80 valid questionnaires were collected during the whole research period.Based on the statistical analysis questionnaire data,the index weights of each level were determined respectively.By using the two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the entrepreneurial enterprises of overseas Chinese enterprises were calculated Satisfaction score.The results show that the entrepreneurs of overseas Chinese enterprises are satisfied with the entrepreneurial environment in Hainan Province,but the satisfaction is low.Among the five first-level indicators,the highest score is expected by the entrepreneur,followed by the regional image,cognitive dimension,regulatory dimension and normative dimension.In addition,this paper also specifically calculates the relative satisfaction score of the secondary index of the regulation,cognition and normative dimension,and analyzes it deeply,and finds out the weak link of the entrepreneurial environment in Hainan Province.The inadequacies of the proposed measures are targeted.
