The Research On The Development Strategy Of The Sugarcane Industry In Chongzuo City

As the backbone industry, the sugarcane industry has taken quite great development in Chongzuo city in the past few decades, which has also given strong impetus to the development of the paper, alcohol, culture, fertilizer, biochemical and other relevant industries. Moreover, the industrial group dominant position is becoming clear and become one of the factors that affect the healthy and sustainable development of Guangxi economy and the whole sugar industry in our country.But compared with international advanced level, the sugarcane industry of Chongzuo is still exists some problems in sugarcane region investment, raw sugarcane plantation, refine sugar process, sugar marketing and so on, such as lack of industry cluster, technological innovation, marketing ideas and management. Whether these problems can be well dealt with will affect the development of the sugarcane industry. So, developing the strategy for Chongzuo"s sugar industry is very significant for the promotion of its healthy development.First, this paper analyzed the current situation and problems of development. Second, we analyzed its internal and external environment with SWOT. The advantage of the sugarcane industry in Chongzuo is the suitable natural conditions, location advantages and strong revenue management; the industry clustering ability, technology sustain exists shortage; its develop opportunity is the good macro environment and market demand; the competition at home and abroad intensify and the succedaneum is the faced threaten.Therefore, stabilizing acreage, raising the per unit yield, developing a circular economy and cultivating enterprises cluster is the basic strategy selections according to the comprehensive analysis. Last, this paper discussed the concrete realization ways for the development of Chongzuo’s sugarcane industry from the whole process of industry chain based on the current situation.
