Research For Optimizing The Operation Performance Of BC Real Estate Group

As a pillar industry of chinese national economy,the realestate industry plays a vital role at the people’s livelihood. Some policy come out to control the price fast growth, it makes that the focus of competition will be mainly concentrated in the transformation of land, financing competition to the management competition. At the same time, the rapid development of economic globalization, changes in information technology and management concept, make the real estate market demand diversification, refinement, brand. All these put forward a new demand on enterprise management ideas, strategy, mode.Good management can combine resource, improve VA and profits efficiency rate.so that company can go on his business and realize his core completion.The BC Real Estate Group management is taked as the object of my research. This paper analyzes the current situation of operation management of BC company, and the existent question. Founding some problems,like multiple projects management different area, the disconnect between operations management, and performance management, assessment mechanism does not take into account thecharacteristics of strategic objective and stage.Using all kinds of methods to solve these problems, for example:draw up chart, investigation, analysis in case, communication, data analysis. Combinating operations management and performance management organically, and play the role of supervision, project operation to repairpartial and guided by performance management, a set of suitable for the overall development of the company’s performance operation management system is constructed. The most important article is that solve the problem come from operation management,surely to push the execution and go faster and faster,complete all the targets,improve our management degree.I think this is the answer not only BC group want to get but alsothe same to all the companies,so there are practical significance for my article. At last, I draw up a suitable system in performance management,I give some good effective advice for carry out the system.
