The gas industry involves the interests of the state and the people. Meanwhile itsnatural monopoly and the diversity of business entity, bring great challenge to theenterprise marketing risk management. This thesis combines the actual situation of A gasenterprises, using the marketing risk management methods to effectively identify gasenterprise marketing risk and selecting key risk to analysis and measure, so as to find outthe effective way of enterprise marketing risk management. And establish a set of feasiblemarketing risk management system, according to the marketing risk management ideas,starting from the four dimensions of enterprise marketing risk management strategy,technical process, infrastructure and internal environment. Considering the influencingfactors of the risk decision, will face all kinds of the risk and take these risks into variousbusiness units in the whole enterprise marketing into the unified management system.Through integrating enterprise resources to achieve the optimal balance of riskmanagement elements, so as to realize optimization of the marketing value creation.
