The competitiveness between enterprises more and more becomes competitive fortalents now. How to abstract and retain talents is now one of the most important works forthe HR Management of the company. However, many Chinese companies are facing withthe problem of a high staff turnover rate at the moment,which means it is hard forcompanies to retain needed talents. RK Company that I am going to study is one of them.RK Company is a joint-venture company between a Taiwanese company and a Koreancompany, which is mainly focusing on monitor development and assembly. So it needs alot of high educated talents and a huge amount of skilled operators. The company has beenfacing with the problem of low job satisfaction and high demission rate since the companywas founded in2002. The team’s un-stability has impacted new product development andproduction quality a lot. Therefore, I started the research on HR management practice ofRK Company based on employees’ job satisfaction. I started the research through interviewand questionnaire survey to RK Company’s employees, and then made analysis based onthe survey data to find the reasons causing low job satisfaction and high demission rate. Atlast I pointed out the improvement practice on HR management according to the detectedreasons in order to achieve the target to enhance employees’ organizational loyalty andsense of belonging, and reduce demission rate so as to lift company’s competitive power.
