Organizational justice is one of the most important factors of employees' motivation. How the enterprises treat the employees will greatly influence the working attitude and behavior of the employees. With skilled workers of state-owned enterprises as the research objects, the thesis aims to study on the structure dimensions of organization justice of skill workers and interrelationships between job satisfaction, organization commitment and turnover intention, and make suggestions to the leaders of enterprises.First of all, the thesis clarifies the problem of the research and its significance, overviews previous related literature and then establishes the research framework. Stuck to the construct of the research, the thesis utilizes focus group interview, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to study organizational justice of skilled workers of state-owned enterprises and interrelationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction, organization commitment and turnover intention. It is divided into two parts. For the first part, the thesis discusses the dimensions of organizational justice of skilled workers of state-owned enterprises through semi-structured interview, questionnaire survey and data analysis; for the second part, it discusses interrelationships between job satisfaction, organization commitment and turnover intention.The outcomes show that organizational justice includes four dimensions, which are distributive justice, procedural justice, leader justice and interaction justice. Among them, dimensions of organizational justice are positively correlated with job satisfaction and organization commitment; and are negative correlated with turnover intention. The organization commitment plays an intermediary role between the organization justice and turnover intention.In the conclusion the thesis points out the significance of the research and makes suggestion to leaders of enterprises. After that it points out the limitations of the research honestly and depicts prospects of the succeeding study.It is hoped that the thesis will be of use in following aspects: improving the fairness perceptions of skilled workers in enterprises; increasing the job satisfaction of skilled workers in enterprises; increasing the individuals' commitment and loyalty to their organization and reducing the rate of dimission of the talents; improving the...
