The Profit Model Of Financing Warehouse Of Agriculture Product Logistics Finance

Our country is an agricultural country, and agriculture is the foundation of national economy, so agricultural played the vital role in our national economy devel-oping. However, in the process of agricultural development in our country, due to the influence of many factors such as natural conditions, agricultural is a high risk industry, and agricultural products processing enterprises are generally have small scale and poor credit, the capital shortage and financing difficulty are common problems in agricultural products processing enterprises, so they need a strong financial support to help them grow and prosper. As a new financing model, agricultural products logistics finance not only solved the problem of financing difficulty of small and middle enterprises, but also to achieve a win-win situation between agricultural enterprises, financial institution and third party logistics enterprises. In the processing of agricultural products logistics finance, the choice of profit model have direct impact on the enterprise’s profit and practical significance to the enterprise’s existence and development. Agricultural products logistics finance is a young business model in our country and the relevant research of profit model are scant, therefore, it is great significance to study of profit model in the process of agricultural products logistics finance.Firstly, base on the review of the relevant literature, the research status of agricultural products logistics and logistics finance in foreign countries and domestic were analyzed, meanwhile, the concepts of agricultural products logistics and agricultural products logistics finance have been studied and summarized; through analysis the status of Hunan agricultural logistics and logistics finance, the problems of Hunan agricultural products logistics has been pointed out, and the trends of Hunan logistic finance was analyzed; the warehouse receipts pledge model, confirming storage model and unified credit model of agricultural products logistics finance financing warehouse were compared; the profit model of agricultural products logistics in third party logistics was studied by combining with the actual cases, then the implementing strategies of financing warehouse profit model of agricultural products logistics finance was been puts forward after the profitability analysis. The purpose of this paper is to research on agricultural products logistics finance financing warehouse profit model, applying the relevance theory of agricultural products logistics and agricultural products logistics finance, on the functions of comparative study of three financing warehouse profit models of agricultural products logistics finance, combined with the typical third party logistics enterprise of agricultural products logistics financial practice, the implementing strategies of financing warehouse profit model of the agricultural products logistics finance was put forward, expecting that can provide theoretical support and guide the practice to agricultural products logistics finance business for third party logistics enterprises, financing enterprises and financial institutions.
