In recent years, Along with the development of the logistics industry, it hascaused the all levels government to value the agricultural product logistics, but theagricultural product logistics distribution system is not perfect, the distributioncenter is not enough balanced. Particularly in the realm of the agricultural productcirculate, the link is numerous, the agricultural product passes by falling to theground and transportation again and again to produce high the trade cost and thebargain expenses. It results the agricultural product price to increase continuously. Atthe same time, the agricultural product logistics can't link up with sale groupeffectively. Moreover, in the aspect of the information developments, the logisticsdistribution center lacks the public logistics information terrace, informationfunction is simple, the contain of the technology is low, such as the applicationrate of GPS and GIS technique in logistics business enterprise is very low.The agricultural product logistics distribution centers are important constituentof the agricultural product logistics system, the distribution has the tremendousinfluence to the agricultural product logistics. So the logistics delivery centerslocating have been an important problem along with the modernization of China'slogistic system. The traditional logistics delivery centers locating models all basedon the statistical static model, but logistics is the process of real space position shift,so,customer position locating and logistics delivery centers locating are both thebasic application of spatial information. Logistics related to geography space tightlybecause the displacement of objects, so, the GIS technology can be applied in anyfields which related to geographic distribution.Based on it, the paper summarizes the related research results in the domesticand foreign research and profits from many mature experiences on the foundation ofresearching the status quo of the agricultural product logistics enterprise and thecharacteristic of logistics distribution. Under the principle of following integration oftheory with practice, the thesis studies on location of the agricultural productlogistics distribution centers based on GIS.The Paper is divided into seven chapters as follows:Chapter one is introduction. This chapter expatiates on the motive andsignificance, introduces the status quo of the domestic and foreign research, confirm the technology route, structure and main content of this paper.Chapter two is the basic theory of the logistics distribution center and GIS.introduces the development of the logistics and the logistics distribution, thecharacteristic of the agricultural product logistics has been analyzed on the base ofthe concept of the agricultural product: the quantity of the agricultural productlogistics is specially big way, the variety is specially many;the specialization isstrong; The agricultural product logistics is hard; The direction of the agriculturalproduct logistics is from the countryside to the city. Summarizes the function of thelogistics distribution center: The transportation and deliver;Storage;Loading andunloading transporting;Packing;Circulation processing;the information processing;Demand forecast. Introduces geography information system's application in thelogistics on the base of predicting geography information system.Chapter three is forecasting the agricultural product logistics requirement. Thechapter expatiates the definition of the logistics requirement, the purpose and themeanings of forecasting the agricultural product logistics requirement and logisticsrequirement method, confirms the main affect factor of the agricultural productlogistics requirement: Nature factor, population factor, the way and the habit ofthe consume, applies the season index method to forecast the trend of the greenpark vegetable market in Changchun City.Chapter four is location of the agricultural product logistics distribution centers. The chapter introduces the principles and consideration factors of location of theagricultural product logistics distribution centers, and the models of simple andmult logistics distribution centers. Aiming at the present condition of the agriculturalproduct circulating in Changchun City, establishing location model of theagricultural product logistics distribution centers on the base of some basicsupposing, which integrates gravity method and GIS. At last, the quantity, position and supply and demand relations of the agricultural product logisticsdistribution centers are confirmed.Chapter five is how to design the information system of the agricultural productlogistics distribution center based on GIS. The chapter introduces the develop tools, such as the GIS terrace, electronics map, database and develop language, whichare adopted when the information system of the agricultural product logisticsdistribution center based on GIS is established. According to the process andcharacteristics of the agricultural product logistics distribution center management, the total construction of the system is designed. Then discussing the processdatabase's designation in the detail, including the flow chart, E-R diagram, creating data form, analyzing each mold in the system. At last, establishing theinformation system of the agricultural product logistics distribution center based onGIS. This system gathers input the data module, location of the agricultural productlogistics distribution centers module, search information module and output resultmanifestation module. It provides a worthy consult system for the construct anddevelopment of the agricultural product logistics distribution center information. Finally, draws the main creating points of the paper and presents the maindirection and the field which should be studied in the future.
