Henan provides our country10%of agricultural products each year.As a major agricultural province, to achieve the economic transformation of the industrial province,it needs to promote the construction of agricultural logistics system.This paper explains the content and logistics of agricultural classification and its characteristics, expound the theory of agricultural logistics. Combining the basic theory and empirical data to analysis the current situation of agricultural logistics system of Henan. Henan gradually improve logistics infrastructure, logistics companies increasing steadily, growing demands for logistics situation. And pointed out that the current logistics development in Henan Province to participate in the main agricultural products in the presence of dispersed operations, logistics node configuration scientific, agricultural technology and equipment behind, the shortage of professionals in four main areas.
