Study On Group Customers Credit Risk Management Of Commercial Bank Based On The Case Of S Bank

Safety, liquidity and profitability are the commercial bank’s operation principle. In theprocess of economic fluctuations and changes, credit risk of group customers is in thehigh-risk areas, the group customers credit risk is usually the business risk, financial riskand risk of related party transactions intertwined, has the characteristics of concealment,unity and sudden. If commercial banks are not able to be effectively controlled as awhole. It will result in destructive power on the safety of bank credit assets.This research aims to explore the commercial banks to strengthen and improve themanagement of credit risk of group customers. Firstly, this paper uses theoretical analysistool on the definition and risk characteristics of the group customers, the basic frameworkof the commercial banks gradually out the group customer credit risk management; andthen combined with the situation of S bank group customers credit risk managementanalysis the existing problems and the typical case, pointed out the existence of riskidentification, the quota control and solve the main problem of asymmetric information inthe three aspects of customer credit management in S bank. Finally, put forward theimprovement of specific recommendations for S bank’s group customers credit riskmanagement.This research has explored, in the group customers overall credit rating calculationsalso suggest that banks take syndicated loans and so on.
