By the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis triggered by the financial crisis led worldeconomic growth weakened in2008, international trading amount reduced significantly.Most of Chinese export companies met the problem of order quantity reduce, and itimpacted the demand of logistics directly. Thus enormous impact on Chinese logisticscompanies, especially for small and medium size logistics enterprises.As the international environment factors, due to the reasons of shipping linesincreased the freight,Chinese domestic policy changes,Chinese business tax change toVAT let tax cost increasing, clients credit risk increasing make the clients loose.Meanwhile logistics industry deficiencies on management rule, customer relationshipmaintenance, competing normative and so on.This article takes the example of SC logistics company, depth analysis of itsexpanding customer relationships in the post-crisis era various practice. The articleaffirmed SC company ‘s efforts on maintaining customer relations in troubled environment.At the same time it points out some problems of its customer relationship maintenanceroom for improvement. It points out that small and medium size enterprises to effectivelyexpand customer relationships must focus on developing customer relationshipmanagement strategy, developing customer relationship management strategy,improving customer risk prevention, building customer relationship management andefficient customer service and other aspects.
