The financial industry has been the support of rapid and healthy development ofnational economy.As for China’s current financial industry, commercial banks is themain component of it.The Internet financial market is booming,"financialdisintermediation" phenomenon increasingly serious and the demand and structure offinancial market is diversified and personalized.Additionally with financial market fullyopen and the economic globalization speeding up, our country commercial bank does notonly face fierce competition from the domestic various aspects, but also the internationalchallenges.To recognize present development situation of our country, therefore,objective and comprehensive analysis of competitiveness of our country commercialbanks and accordingly making effective strategies will be of great theoretical value andpractical significance.Listed commercial banks is outstanding in Chinese commercialBanks because of their more than65%market share, so analyzing the competitiveness oflisted commercial Banks has great significance for promoting the competitiveness of ourcountry commercial banks.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development history of commercial Banks inChina.Secondly, the competitiveness connotation of commercial banks and thetheoretical basis of research is discussed from the perspective. Then, the paperestablishes the evaluation index system and selects data. On this basis, this paperanalyzes the corresponding index of the16listed commercial Banks in China by factoranalysis statistics and constructs the factor score calculation formula as well as grades thecomprehensive competitiveness of listed commercial banks of our country.Finally, according to the result of empirical analysis and the development of our countrycommercial bank, the paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
