Research On Financial Strategy Of Small And Medium-sized Technology-based Enterprise Based On Life Cycle

With the rapid development of economy, small and medium-sized technology-basedenterprises is playing an more and more important role in promoting scientific andtechnological innovation, promote the traditional industry of science and technology,increase the labor employment, etc. Sufficient capital can not only guarantee the stabilityof economic activity, and also improve the operation of enterprise. During thedevelopment of the small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises, the problemof capital is the primary factor which can affect the company. We can say that capital isone of the most important factor in the development as a small and medium-sizedtechnology-based enterprises. So take the financing strategy, is an effective way forenterprises to raise funds. So how to choose the suitable financial products for financing,and how to use the financing strategy reasonable in the whole stages of enterprisedevelopment, is the primary problem to be discussed now.From this perspective, at first, in the study, we sampling of small and medium-sizedtechnology-based enterprises sample in Liaoning province. And then adopt the method ofgame analysis on the background of Liaoning province. In this paper we build modelsbased on small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises policymakers andinvestors’ invest in corporate financing in the process of investment decision-makingbehavior. According to the requirements of the enterprise decision makers in theenterprise growth process, financing continuously in order to meet the needs of theenterprise itself, to provides a theoretical basis for small and medium-sizedtechnology-based enterprises financial product selection. Then decompose the small andmedium-sized technology-based enterprises based on life cycle. And analyzed theinvolving financial products. In this paper we give some suggestions about possibleproblems in the process of choosing related. At last the paper analyzed by examples to verify the analysis of the work done in this paper.
