In this paper, the design of Zibo Mining Group enterprise legal advisor systemperspective, from the construction ideas, construction principles, construction objective, construction tasks,safeguard measures five aspects of the implementation of enterprise legal advisor system. In the construction ofideas, should focus on enterprise development strategy and development goals, with the general counsel systemas a leader, to the legal risk prevention as the core, to the construction of legal talent as the support, establish and improve the sub branch, legal services, focusing on the improvement of enterprise legal risk prevention mechanism, general law consultant system and legal management system.
