Along with economic globalization and information era, the world enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition in domestic and international market, our country enterprise to improve their competitive ability and adaptability, many enterprises are exploring to enhance productivity and improve organizational performance in an effective way, a variety of management theory emerge in an endless stream, the leader of a lot of enterprises in this trend, for fear that their own enterprises lag behind, also introduced some modern performance management system. But look at present, many enterprises in the modern management tools and methods on spent huge human, material and financial resources, but the effect is apparent however scanty, to our country enterprise development to promote the role played far did not achieve the desired goal, investigate its reason, besides be separated from our country the actual situation of enterprises, the implementation of performance management the enterprise does not have a perfect fit with the enterprise performance management system, so that the advanced management activities become a mere formality, copy sets, machinery use related management so that enterprises in the performance operation with.Taking a certain mining group as the basis, from how to recognition and understanding of performance management, the performance management methods, key performance index design, goal design, as a mining group is the effective performance management system design and improvement, and through the various indicators of the monitoring, to understand the enterprise strategy implementation, condensed enterprise workers the power of passion, stimulate their sense of achievement and a sense of mission, let a worker awareness of their daily work with the company's long-term strategic goal be bound together in a common cause, through performance assessment, as of a beacon as guidance to staff development direction, for enterprises to create greater economic benefits. Based on a mining group in the process of implementing performance management problems and solutions are analyzed and studied, and ultimately to a mining company successful implementation of performance management, the successful completion of enterprise target to lay a foundation.
