Design research in the field of performance evaluation has always been an important direction concerned by enterprises.By establishing performance management system with incentive function,enterprises can make full use of all aspects of resources of enterprises and cope with the changeable external market environment and strong market competitors.In this paper,the performance evaluation index system of Q company is developed and its practicality is tested by combining the practical situation of the enterprise and using methods such as theoretical analysis method,interview survey method and analytic hierarchy process.This paper analyzes and derives from both theoretical and practical aspects.The main contents of the study include theoretical analysis,analysis of the company's business situation,performance status analysis,performance evaluation index system construction,performance evaluation index system test and research conclusions and prospects.The main innovation is the innovation of the research object with full consideration of practicality.By giving the performance management evaluation index system of Q company,this paper discusses the performance management in the financial consulting industry oriented by balanced scorecard.This paper theoretically analyzes the necessity of the performance transformation of financial advisors,compares the weight of the company's performance management evaluation index system with the analytic hierarchy process,tests its practicability through the actual trial operation,and considers the scientificity and feasibility of the index.In terms of theoretical research,this paper mainly introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of performance management,the main application tools of performance management and the strategic research of balanced scorecard.In terms of status quo analysis,this paper specifically introduces the basic operation situation of Q company.Through the interview,survey,statistics and interpretation of the employees of Q company,it analyzes the performance evaluation status of the company.Based on the status quo and research results,the existing problems of the company are obtained and the basic ideas of the research are determined.In the index construction research part,this paper starts from the vision and corporate strategy,decomposes according to the balanced scorecard,and establishes Q company's own balanced scorecard system with the human resources department and partners of Q company.After that,this paper classifies the index system qualitatively and quantitatively,Uses the analytic hierarchy process to design the index weight,and tests the practicability of the model three months after the trial operation.In conclusion,by analyzing the company's current situation,external environment,development stage and strategic objectives,this paper re-constructs and re-designs the key performance evaluation index system of Q company based on the balanced scorecard.This research is conducive to understanding the process of performance evaluation from strategy to behavior,the combination of theory and practice in the financial consulting industry,and the incentive of performance management to company personnel and the rational allocation of company resources.
