Zheshang Bank Jinan Branch is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. it is necessary to update the original branch "deposit-first" concept of operations to operate and develop. For long-term competitive market environment,Zheshang Bank Jinan Branch Marketing Management will be faced with a new challenge and opportunity.In this paper, the existing problems in Zheshang Bank Jinan Branch Marketing Management were consolidated. analyzed the considerable benefits from the traditional marketing model, but also exposed some of the gradual development lags behind.these issues become an obstacle to the development to Zheshang Bank Jinan Branch.it makes Zheshang Bank Jinan Branch face a severe market environment. Based on this analysis, How to design Zheshang Bank Jinan Branch of investment banking marketing strategy, including marketing concepts、marketing organization and management、marketing objectives、marketing strategies and other aspects of the content of the combination, using marketing theory、optimization of existing marketing model、theoretical and empirical combination of analytical methods to analyze local market in Jinan more deeply、learning business marketing strategies from the advanced commercial banks and other financial institutions,using STP marketing analysis tool, filter the development of finance market to determine the long-term marketing strategy, and then open up new sales channels of investment banking, transform the concept from product-centric to customer-centric gradually. This paper presents the development of marketing strategies.
