| Informatization is a basic trend of machinery and equipment valuation. It is aneffective tool to achieve the combination of engineering knowledge related tomachinery and equipment, the theory and practices of assets evaluation. It canalso integrate social resources well and advance the technicality of machinery andequipment appraisal. Both the Twelfth Five-year Plan and the fourth congress of ChinaAppraisal Society put the informatization construction of evaluation industry to aimportant position. In the development of machinery and equipmentvaluation industry, informatization is an important task it currently facing. This paperpresents a theoretical research of machinery&equipment evaluation decision supportsystem, illustrates system functions and validates its availability, which is oftheoretical and practical significance.Machinery and equipment is of great variety and its valuation involves kinds ofareas, which makes the valuation of great technical difficulty. In order to solve thisproblem, this paper introduced the theory of PDCA recycle which used to be seen inquality management and constructs the machinery&equipment valuation systemwhich based on improvement. Based on the analysis, the machinery&equipmentvaluation decision support system is constructed by using decision supportsystem, data warehouse and B/S technology. The Design of MEVDSS including thedesign of database management system and model base management system. Basedon the study of characteristics of machinery&equipment valuation methods, thispaper also finish the design of valuation methods selecting module according whichmakes the system with obvious machinery&equipment valuationcharacteristics. MEVDSS optimize machinery&equipment valuation in its structureof knowledge, evaluation procedure and evaluation methods.The purpose of decision support is to make the appraisal of machinery&equipment more scientific and more qualified. This paper uses MEVDSS to providedecision support for the valuation project of Yuanjiang paper group’s machines andequipments. The support mainly includes the obtainment of data, the application ofvaluation methods and the management of evaluation results. By comparing andanalyzing the results, it concludes that MEVDSS promote the informatization ofmachinery and equipment valuation, enhances rationality by reducing the subjectivity in valuation processes, optimize the knowledge structure of machinery and equipmentassessment by effective management to valuation results. |
