With the leisure Agri-tourism was promoted to national development strategy, it become not only an important path in rural industrial structure adjustment and Tourism Multi-function development, but also is an important way to construct modern agriculture, promote new socialist countryside construction, build a harmonious society. Guilin is a famous world-wide tourism city and its agricultural is also important in Guangxi.The leisure agriculture tourism of Guilin will flourish through the construction of Guilin international tourism resort. Under the circumstance leisure agri-tourism has become a key industry to develop.The essence of leisure agriculture tourism is the industry convergence, Since the1970s, the development of high-tech and industry represented by information technology revolution can disrupt the three demarcated and separated industry pattern, and begin to appear convergence trends. During the process of the industry convergence, it not only appears mutual integration among information industries, but also appears the phenomenon of the high-tech being infiltrated into traditional agriculture and industry and extension fusion among the three major industries increasingly.From the view of the world economic development history, every technology revolution will inevitably lead to a corresponding change in industry structure adjustment.Under this background, agricultural development presents trends of the infiltration of high-tech to agriculture and the combination with agriculture and secondary industry and tertiary industryAgriculture and tourism industry is bound to fuse.The cause of industry convergence is the module carrier contains a common interface standard more than technology progress and deregulation. Based on the above discussion, this paper defines leisure agriculture tourism as the fusion between agricultural industry chain module and tourism industry chain module and its resources are provided by agriculture and expressed by travel service. We think leisure agriculture tourism, which stretch to agriculture through travel service, realize merging of the insertion of the tourism industry value chain module through the full infiltration of the module that can produce the new business value under the fits of tourism industry value chain module and agriculture industry chain in which part of can be conformed to tourism industry value chain module.Tourism industry value chain module greatly expand the original industry chain and make the merged industry and tourism more competitive through merging with the agriculture industry chain module. This paper, on the basis of industrial integration theory, apply the method combining the model construction with empirical analysis to the fusion among the industries through the deconstruction and reconstruction of industry chain. Since the traditional industry chain theory cannot resolve conflicts and meet the diversity, individuality demand of tourists, it is necessary to draw support of modular platform to achieve the real fusion. Under this circumstance, this paper, introduces the modular theory, merges tourism industry chain and agriculture industry chain which are reconstructed and deconstructed based on the modular theory according to the principle of module integration like long board integration, black-box operation and network-like fusion. The modular theory, which is used on the integration of computer components by IBM, is used into the reality widely. The research of industrial integration based on the modular theory is not only the innovation of the way of industrial integration, but also the promotion of the application of industrial integration. And it can apply the industrial integration to life practice guidance through the modular theory widely.This paper is divided into five chapters, Chapter one is an introduction, describes the research background, purpose and significance, research methods, content and technical routes.Chapter2is about the interpretation of the leisure agri-tourism theory and relevant theory. On the basis of systematic analysis of Leisure agri-tourism concepts and features, this part concludes the essence of integration between agriculture and tourism industry.Thus we investigate the theory of industry integration and related to it and use the industry convergence, industry chain and modularization theory as the theoretical basis of this article.The third chapter explore the integration model of agriculture and tourism industry. On the perspective of modularization, this part deconstruct and reconstruct the tourism industry chain and agricultural industry chain, and construct the fusion model of agriculture and tourism industry according to the relevant principles of integrated modules. Chapter four is the empirical research for Guilin, we use related principles to analyze leisure agri-tourism development status and problems in Guilin and proposed development strategies and suggestions through every module of the constructed fusion mode.Chapter five is about the research conclusion and prospect.
