As the core of papermaking, pulping and papermaking equipment is closely related to the national economy life, domestic papermaking equipment personnel stability of the enterprise is to inherit and to grasp the important premise of advanced papermaking technology. The study of pulping and papermaking equipment enterprise turnover to break through the foreign papermaking technology monopoly in the future, national economy stable life demand for paper has far-reaching significance. International papermaking equipment multinationals have been set up their own production base in China and technical research and development center, with the major domestic papermaking machinery factory of Shanghai paper machinery factory, xi’an paper machinery factory by foreign companies such as mergers and acquisitions, the competitiveness of domestic papermaking equipment company in China also dropped year by year, the talent flow, loss of technology. The growing demand for paper consumption demand of domestic technical personnel’s stability and the technical progress of pulping and papermaking, turnover rate is very important for the control of pulp and paper equipment companies.Belonging to pulp and paper industry, A company is a typical traditional manufacturing industry in our country, the involved level was broad and deep, company development time is not short, but human resources keep issue has constituted A big trouble. Industry labor intensity and labor environment has been poor for the employee satisfaction and employee keep formed A huge pressure, the study of A company’s turnover for the company itself also has A lower labor costs, improve efficiency, increase profits and market competitiveness.The paper is based on the leader of pulp and paper equipment industry company A in China market, applied the analysis method combined qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, questionnaire, and SPSS statistic methods. Combined with Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, and related knowledge. Studied the company A’s Chinese employees’demission situation, analyzed company A’s internal controllable factors of turnover rate and provide the relative suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part introduced the background of the paper, significance, and the way of research, discussed the definition of turnover rate and got the four company internal controllable influence factors of turnover rate through literature study:Quality of Working Life, Reward Management, Career Management and Company Culture. The second part presented the company M’s situation including turnover rate and the pulp and paper industry characteristics, and described the turnover rate study for the pulp and paper equipment enterprise A, expounds the development impact to A which is brought by the existing turnover rate. The third part takes company A’s leaving status as the breakthrough point, unifies the related theories, deeply analyzed the four company internal controllable influence factors:Quality of Working Life, Reward Management, Career Management and Company Culture, and proved these four factors affect the turnover rate separately in employees’four period:probation period, adjust period, development period and stable period. The fourth part provided the constructive suggestions to company A according to the previous analysis. The fifth part is the conclusion.
