As the global economy continues to gyrate, China’s economy maintains a good growth rate, at the same time, many enterprises in the operating process has exposed these problems, such as substandard product, environmental pollution, in this background, enterprises have begun to realize the importance of corporate social responsibility, enterprise is the basic unit of society, it is the community of both the interests of attribute and social attribute, therefore, enterprises which are trying to search the maximum benefit should also undertake the social responsibility, that is enterprises are unified in ecomy and society and undertaking the corporate social responsibility is significant to enterprises, especially in today’s harmonious society, only evaluate the economic indicator is one-sided, the nature of firm must be measured in many aspects. At present, private enterprises is the main force to economic development in China, Because of the failure to fulfill the social responsibility, it result a lot of the issue of corporate social responsibility, such as melamine in milk powder, the ham contains Clenbuterol and quality problems in some foods and drugs, these examples are a wake-up to us once again, so the construction of evaluation system of corporate social responsibility has prominent practical significance.This paper is the combination of both the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis together, through collecting and reading the theroies in corporate social responsibility and corporate social responsibility evaluation, design the questionnaire, investigate the performance of corporate social responsibility and analysis the performance’s specific impact on the results in performing corporate social responsibility and sort each module of the responsibility’s performance to result in importance, then provide some suggestions for enterprises to fulfill their corporate social responsibility. This paper consists of six parts:Part one is the introduction. The introduction part includes five small parts, the first part introduces the origin, purpose and the significance of this study. The second part is the summary of theoretical studies at home and abroad. The third part is the research ideas and methods. First construct the ideas flow chart, and then describe the research methods. The fourth part is the research content and framework, First introduce the research contents and then propose a framework diagram. The last part is the innovative point of this paper.Part two is the theory foundation of the study. The theory of corporate social responsibility includes stakeholder theory, corporate citizenship theroy, enterprise ecology theroy and social contract theory, Stakeholder theory is based on the perspective of stakeholders to put forward the social responsibility that the enterprise should undertake, the corporate citizenship theory is mainly to take the enterprise as the citizen, the theroy of enterprise ecosystem closely link the enterprise and the surrounding environment, take the various stakeholders in the same ecological system to study, the theroy of social contract is the contract relationship between enterprises and society, this contract includes explicit contracts and implied contracts.Part three is the evaluation contents of corporate social responsibility, including the shareholder’s responsibility, the employee’s responsibility, the consumer’s responsibility, the government and the community’s responsibility and other stakeholder’s responsibility.Part four is the research overview and statistics. First intruduce the purpose and the method of empirical research, then design and describe the questionnaire, last make a descriptive statistical analysis in the first part of the questionnaire by SPSS software.Part five is the results of the survey and the empirical analysis. In this part, the writer make quantitative empirical analysis of the data by questionnaire survey with SPSS, the main analyses include factor analysis, questionnaire reliability and validity testing, correlation and regression analysis and so on.Part six is construction of corporate social responsibility evaluation system and several countermeasures, finally, the writer points out the limitations of this article, and points out the direction of study.Through the study, the writter get the following conclusion:1.The shareholder’s responsibility, employee’s responsibility, consumer’s responsibility, the government and the community’s responsibility and other stakeholder’s responsibility influence the corporate social responsibility performance results, and the impact of each dimension is different.2.The shareholder’s responsibility has positive correlation with the corporate social responsibility performance results.3.The employee’s responsibility has positive correlation with the corporate social responsibility performance results.4.The consumer’s responsibility has positive correlation with the coiporate social responsibility performance results.5.The government and the community’s responsibility has positive correlation with the corporate social responsibility performance results. 6.The other stakeholder’s responsibility has positive correlation with the corporate social responsibility performance results.7.The influence of the shareholder’s responsibility is stronger than other four dimensions..8.The corporate social responsibility’s process has positive correlation relationship with corporate social responsibility’s performance results.
