Today, the globalization of the world economy and regional economic integration have become the trend of the world economy, and regional economic integration of Bohai Rim Region is developing rapidly, too. Finance is the core element of a modern economy, it is a powerful lever for gather and redistribute funds, with the effects of accelerating capital flows, promoting increase of social wealth, promoting the development of the real economy. The Regional Economic Integration of Bohai Rim Region is a comprehensive set of integration, and the financial aspect is a very key part of coordination and cooperation. Do the regional financial coordination and cooperation completely can promote Bohai Rim Region’s economy to develop quickly and accelerate the process of regional economic integration of Bohai Rim Region.
