Research On The Industry Function, Structure And Layout Of Shanghai Modern Agriculture Development

With the expansion of central Shanghai City, the demand of suburban construction land continue to rise, this makes the suburban agricultural land decreased. The contribution rate of agricultural output value of GDP is low, this also further threat the development of agriculture. Agriculture plays a very important role in the food price stability, urban residential environment improvement and providing place for resident entertainment. The development of the metropolis modern agriculture is not only a basis for the sustainable development of urban economy, but also one of the key factors of improving people’s quality of life and building city’s security system. At present, the agriculture in Shanghai faced with a severe shortage of young agricultural labor force, as well as many other problems, such as low levels of agricultural productivity, agricultural management, and imperfection of agricultural industry chain. Although the Shanghai agricultural production level has greatly improved under the intervention of national policies and the efforts of Shanghai municipal government, the key issue still has not been fundamentally solved. In the past, the theory of urban agriculture has played a positive role of Shanghai’s agricultural development, but modern agriculture theory will fit the present era background better, also improve the sustainable development of Shanghai’s agriculture more. Given this situation, this paper based on a large number of basic data, used SWOT to analyze the feasibility of the development of Shanghai modern agriculture, discussed the function, structure and layout of Shanghai current agricultural industry, and then gave some suggestions on that. The fifth part analyzes the present situation, causes, characteristics and tre nd of Shanghai agricultural industry, gives the suggestion for adjustment of Sh anghai modern agricultural industrial structure. The sixth part based on a larg e number of data and text, indicate the regional of Shanghai’s existing agricult ural industry, gives the countermeasures of Shanghai’s agricultural layout adj ustment. The last part summarizes the research conclusion of this paper, give s the countermeasures and suggestions from the overall perspective.
