Study On Development Evaluation And Layout Of Modern Agriculture In Nanchang

Modern agriculture is a traditional agricultural product to a certain stage ofdevelopment, is a dynamic process of change. Promote agricultural modernization further,develop modern agriculture vigorously is not only conducive to food production andfarmers’ income, but also conducive to the construction of a new socialist countryside. Inrecent years, the party and the country attached great importance to the "three rural" issue,raised a lot of rural and agricultural policy reform program, and put a lot of funds for ruraldevelopment in an effort to introduce traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, withmodern technology to enhance the development of the agricultural economy.From regional conditions, resources, market prospects and other aspects of theanalysis in Nanchang, which all have good conditions for modern agriculture. In this paper,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the current status in the development of modernagriculture in Nanchang, and Combined with agricultural modernization theory, and bybuilding evaluation index system to establish a comprehensive model of modernagricultural development level, which to find out the level of modern agriculturaldevelopment stage of development in Nanchang; then according to the agriculturalindustry advantage analysis to determine the appropriate development regional ofagriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery; after a comprehensive analysis of thelevel of development of modern agriculture and agro-industrial advantages, by reasonablespace layout, to construction modern agriculture system which in harmony with men andnature. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) In three aspect to analyze the entire situation of the modern agriculturedevelopment in Nanchang. From location, administrative divisions, demographic,urbanization rate, agricultural infrastructure construction to analysis social condition,which to find out social development of agriculture in Nanchang; from agriculturaleconomic development, farming, aquaculture, tourism and leisure agriculture industryanalysis to understand the economic overview of modern agricultural development inNanchang; from the status situation of land use, topography, meteorological andhydrological aspects of agricultural development situation of ecological analysis Nanchang;finally, analyzing the weaknesses, opportunities and risk analysis of modern agriculturaldevelopment in Nanchang.(2) Establish the index system of modern agriculture development, and substitute theresult into the modern agriculture development level measure model to calculate the levelof development of modern agriculture index in Nanchang. According with the principlesand methods of index selection, selecting fifteen indicators from four aspects ofagricultural inputs, outputs, rural economic development and environmental protection, put the final level of modern agricultural development into the model to calculate the results,then compare modern agriculture development standard reference values and determine thestage development level of modern agriculture in Nanchang.(3) Carry out modern agricultural industrial layout in Nanchang. On the basis of thelevel of development of modern agriculture on a comprehensive evaluation of Nanchang,agricultural industrial advantages county area of analysis to determine the appropriatecounty area of modern agricultural development. Then in the center of the city boundarybuffer boundary lines, buffer analysis, the modern agriculture circle of Nanchang dividedas follows:①restricted development zones, within thirty kilometers from the city center,there is a good basis for the development of selective choice of local development ofmodern agriculture;②suitable development areas, regions between thirty to fiftykilometers, mainly rely on the city’s geographical advantages, give full play to thedowntown radiation effects can be key layout boutique vegetables, flowers, lawn-basedgardening industry and the "vegetable basket" project, the implementation of large-scaleproduction and a variety of business combining more suitable for the development ofmodern agriculture;③Potential development area, although the region is far from the city,the traffic is relatively inconvenient, the resources is rich, which has the potential todevelop modern agriculture.(4) Based on the comprehensive evaluation and layout, the paper proposes to increaseinvestment in the development of modern agriculture, improve fiscal and tax policy tosupport policy recommendations to accelerate agricultural structure adjustment.
