| In this study, the author will take into account of agriculture development and the development of farmer specialized cooperative of Min Qing, Fujian Province. Then, the author analyzed the problems encountered in the current development of farmer specialized cooperative of Min Qing through fieldwork. Based on the research above, the author analyzed constraints of the development of farmer specialized cooperative of Min Qing, including farmer’s own situation and services provided by farmer specialized cooperative. In view of these questions, the author proposed the corresponding policies and the suggestions to display and release huge potential of developing the farmer specialized cooperative in Min Qing, promote the farmer specialized cooperative to the higher stage development.This research takes the theory of organization and the theory of cooperative demand as the research foundation. Through the investigation on the development of farmer specialized cooperative situation of Min Qing, the author analyzed the main questions and factors. Then the author analyzed the factor of joining in the special cooperative by the comparison and the regression analysis method. The main conclusion of the study included:farmer s education has no significant effect on the willingness of cooperatives; age of household head, agricultural income accounted for the proportion of total household income, farmer’s attitude towards risk, demand for agricultural technology and farmer’s co-production and co-sale purchase demand for agricultural products have significant effect on the willingness of cooperatives. Agricultural income accounted for the proportion of total household income is most significant affect and age of household head is less significant affect.Finally, based on the results, the author proposed the recommendations to promote the development of farmer specialized cooperative of Min Qing:improving and completing the system of system indemnification to protect the interests of farmers; strengthening the cooperation of agricultural training to meet the needs of farmers in agricultural technology; government defining their position and taking advantage of the it. |
