Research On Farmer 's Cooperative Ethics Based On The Standardized Development Of Farmer Specialized Cooperatives

There is a direct relationship between the development lag of farmer professional cooperative and the lack of peasant cooperation ethics. Although our farmers have mutually beneficial cooperative will and spirit in blood and geopolitical sense, the traditional ethical pattern is deficient in modern equal cooperative concept, which is valuable in maintain and develop cooperation between farmers. The modern equal cooperation contains some fair ethical elements, such as mutually beneficial cooperation, revering the law code, voluntary equality and fairness, which has significant effect to break the traditional ethical drawback, promote the form standardized development of modern cooperation model of cooperatives. Firstly, through the analysis of the cooperative ethics and farmer cooperative ethics, the paper clarifies the deep-seated meaning of cooperative ethics. And on this basis, it gives an explanation of the expression and reason and of professional farmers cooperative anomie. The expression includes professional farmers cooperatives anomie "farming" the tendency of non, non "designed" tendency and non "close" tendency, while the reason mainly refers to the short-sighted, contract cooperation consciousness of subject interests view shallow, awareness of cooperation and mutual sense is not strong, the concept of collectivism weaken. Then amided at these ethical factors, this paper deeply discusses the significance of cultivating the farmer cooperative ethics of professional farmers cooperatives standardized development: the first one is to help break the traditional concept of mutual cooperation and strengthen internal trust and reciprocity based on modern atmosphere of cooperation; the second is conducive to the protection of agricultural democratic body position, mobilizing the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in the cooperation; the third is that it is conducive to enhancing the farmers’ recognition to the cooperative principle sense, healthy development and then promote the cooperative. Finally, aiming at the those problems like current farmer cooperative ethical aspects of traditional ethic、mutual dependence of blood to self-interest、emphasis on fairness and sincerity of indifference and lack of collective concept, the paper put forward some specific countermeasures to change the traditional way of specific countermeasures of mutual cooperation、 strengthen the blood of farmer cooperative education、improve the internal cooperation and trust mechanism as well as training farmers’ collective spirit.
