Mobile Service Optimal Design Scheme Based On Customer Demand

With the continuous development of mobile technology, an important role in theeconomic growth of mobile service has become an important indicator of the level ofeconomic development. On the basis of drawing on the research results, this paper pastservice design theory, be introduced into the mobile services industry to exploreresearch framework and mobile services in the field of research methods.Firstly,its purpose and meaning is to give theoretical research framework designedfor mobile services, lay the foundation for further research of mobile servicesmarketing operations. Then, combining methods from Admiral QFD and Kano modeland fuzzy set theory related to evaluation, from a the new mobile service designed togive the perspective of quantitative research methods. Lastly,service design approachwill be applied in the range of mobile services, further demonstrates the feasibility andeffectiveness of this method study.In this paper, has done the following works:(1) Build a theoretical framework designed for mobile services. For vaguelanguage information needs of users and mobile service design elements involved inthe evaluation process, the establishment of a quality function deployment model, andaccordingly got weights user needs and design elements; On this basis, through the useof Kano model and based on prospects ideological and theoretical design elements toobtain service satisfaction.(2) Based on the values of obtained satisfaction and consider the cost estimatesand other factors, optimization model to maximize satisfaction as the goal of the modelis obtained by solving the mobile service design optimization.(3) Application examples are given mobile service design methods. Through amobile service operator service design examples, this paper studied the use of methodsdesigned to draw in the current state of the enterprise to the greatest extent to meet thecustomer’s design, verify the feasibility of the method.Contribution of this paper focuses on innovation in service design and design ofnew areas of application methods, carry out service design from a new field and a newperspective, the enterprise mobile service design has a good guide. While this paperfurther pointed out the direction of future research.
