In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the most importantfactor of production, the vagaries of the market environment and uncertainties makesthe virtual enterprise came into being. Virtual enterprise knowledge alliance is formedby the many companies, knowledge sharing reflects the value of its existence, themobilization of all member companies actively sharing knowledge is the responsibilityand obligation of virtual enterprise managers. Design a reasonable and effectiveincentive mechanism is crucial for the success of the virtual enterprise. Therefore, thispaper chose the virtual enterprise knowledge sharing incentives for research questions.First, review the basic concepts of virtual enterprise knowledge sharing, summarized and listed the principal-agent theory and incentives theory. The knowledgeproduction function is introduced to a virtual enterprise which facilitates thesubsequent quantitative modeling. Secondly, we use principal-agent theory and gametheory to establish the basic theory of virtual enterprise knowledge sharing incentivemodel, and on this basis to establish a signal into the relative performance of membersof rival companies, knowledge sharing effort level monitoring signal, virtual enterprisefair incentive mechanism model preferences and other factors. Through numericalexamples to test the correctness of the model, and the root of the model and the resultsobtained solving examples of virtual enterprise knowledge sharing incentivemechanism design and improvement suggestions related revelation. Thirdly, for thevirtual enterprise knowledge sharing appear in the Hitchhiking phenomenon, the useof game theory and agency theory to model it, according to the ideas of "scapegoat"and the introduction of "second principal" designed to prevent the virtual enterpriseknowledge sharing Hitchhiking". At last, we set a mathematical model to Analysis the"ratchet effect" in virtual enterprise knowledge sharing, and provide relevantmanagement suggestions for weakening the "ratchet effect"I hope through this research to share knowledge and provide some inspiration forthe design and improvement of the incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing invirtual enterprise...
