With the economic globalization, China’s financial system reform, especially inthe eighteen party3in after plenary meeting, financial reform as the core will behitherto unknown attention of economic reform, a series of reform initiatives in thefinancial industry will completely change the pattern, and even make the financialindustry is facing re shuffle and structural adjustment, the access mechanism offinancial industry will gradually relax until completely liberalized, state-ownedcommercial banks will be faced with multiple pressure of competition from otherChinese funded commercial banks, private banks and foreign commercial banks, asthe core of the competition among enterprises, talent competition will be abnormaltragic (especially the core talent). State owned commercial banks rely on the policyadvantage in the early stage of reform and opening up gradually accumulatedhigh-quality talent advantage will gradually lose. Qingdao branch of B bank issuffering a brain drain of pains, problems rising rate of brain drain and the consequentincreased cost, resource, the loss of customers, it seriously affected the healthydevelopment of the branch. The Qingdao branch of B bank, how to steadily andorderly promote the reform of management system of human resources, how to makeone can attract talent, make good use of talent, retain talent, to promote goodcorporate culture talent is the imminent problem to solve.More academic research on loss of human resources, different scholars havemade many valuable research and analysis from different angles, carries on from theinternal, external factors are more, but from the various positions of human resourcespoint of view to analyze the research is relatively few, this paper tries to analyze thereasons loss on every position within the B bank Qingdao branch staff human resources and puts forward the author’s view. By drawing on the relevant theories ofhuman resource loss, based on the investigation of loss of B bank Qingdao branch ofthe staff, with the exit interview information personnel and the line, consideringstructure characteristics and personnel loss characteristics of the human resources inmany aspects, in-depth analysis of external and internal factors, the loss of the humanresources and their own factors, and further analysis of human resources loss effect onthe cost, efficiency, customer resources, staff morale, and goodwill. Based on thecomprehensive analysis of B bank Qingdao branch staff turnover, this paper targetedfrom the recruitment system and way, employee occupation development, theimprovement of the salary system, the construction of enterprise culture and otheraspects of the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to change thecurrent situation of B bank Qingdao branch of the loss of human resources, improvethe bank the overall quality of staff, enhance corporate image, build a good humanresource management operation mechanism.
