The problem of the distribution of human resources is an important element which affects the efficiency of state-owned commercial banks. In the restructuring environment, state-owned commercial banks should deal with its human resources disposition with a clear comprehension and understand the particularity of human resources in state-owned commercial banks. Secondly, whether it is state-owned commercial banks or the staff of state-owned commercial banks, has its own characteristics. The state-owned commercial banks find the problem of the distribution of human resources and the causes, and then put forward specific practices. That is, on the one hand, establish scientific distribution ideas of human resource and adhere to the scientific principle of the allocation. On the other hand, establishing appropriate distribution models of human resource is to match the person to the staff and make the staff structure of state-owned commercial banks improved. Followed by China's state-owned commercial banks to re-design job functions, such can we realize China's state-owned commercial banks the optimal distribution of human resources.
