The Study Of The Shaping Of Regional Tourist Environment Of City Traditional Business District

With the development of city tourism, traditional business district, asthe miniature of city culture and life, has a profound meaning for the development ofcity tourism. Business district, a very important district, located in central parts of cities,demonstrates the regional cultural features; reflects the local life aspect; shapes the cityimage; promotes the development of tourism; gains economic benefits. Because of thedifferences of regions and functional requirements, business district has numerouspatterns of development and theme style, with theme of the times deciding its marketcompetition and social influence.According to the spirit of the report of Chinese eighteenth National Congress ofthe Communist Party, there is certain value and realistic significance, taking culturalecology as the general background and ChunXi Road in Chengdu as the object of study,to analyze and think about the questions about regional tourist attraction of businessdistrict and environmental optimization, in order to provide ideas to upgrade businessdistrict.This paper, through five parts, expounds the theme to be studied. The first part isintroduction, at the basis of collecting various domestic and foreign documents whichare about the study of business districts, explaining the literature review and this paper’sselection significance and gist. The second part is about the explanation of ecologicalcivilization construction of business district, defining the related concepts in this paperand raising the relevant theories and typical reference cases. The third part is aboutresearch findings, analyzing the present situation of business district in ChunXi Roadand the existing problems. The fourth part is about the study of countermeasure aimingat solving the problems in the third part, putting forward the ideas and suggestions about three parts---ecological civilization, ecological construction and ecological servicesystem. The fifth part is about the summary of the whole paper and the frame ofconstruction.
