Increasingly fierce competition in the construction industry, construction costs are under control directly affects the profitability of construction enterprises, even affecting construction enterprise’s survival.Fishbone diagram theory, this paper as a guide, people from the effects of the construction cost, machine, material, method, loop start with five factors, in-depth analysis of relevant personnel during construction, construction machinery, construction materials, construction methods and environmental impacts on construction costs. For construction projects based on adequate research, to optimize construction processes, cost of development of scientific objectives, detailed target decomposition and develop all aspects of construction management and construction cost assessment, inspection, in strict accordance with the decomposition of goal-setting and feedback system guarantees, project construction costs to maximize savings, achieving effective control over construction cost. Applying this method to the X X building construction process, prove that this method of construction cost control is valid.
