| As a pillar industry of China’s national economic,construction industry has been gradually exposed to problems such as high pollution,high emission and high energy consumption while contributing GDP.As a result,the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry is of great concern.Construction industrialization is a process of transforming the construction industry from handicraft to socialized mass production by means of large industrial production.As an effective way to realize construction industrialization,prefabricated buildings have advantages of saving time and cost,reducing environmental pollution and energy consumption.Prefabricated component supply chain is the link between factory and construction site,which is mainly responsible for the connection of prefabricated component production,transportation and on-site assembly.However,there are many challenges in the supply chain of prefabricated buildings,such as difficulties in production scheduling and coordination of participants,which lead to the advantages of prefabricated buildings have not been fully revealed,so as to hinder the development process of industrialized construction.Based on lean theory,this paper developed a "production-storage-assembly" collaborative management mechanism of the prefabricated buildings supply chain.By identifying and analyzing the key factors affecting the operational efficiency,a multiobjective comprehensive evaluation model of the prefabricated buildings supply chain synergy mechanism was established.On this basis,a simulation platform based on multiple agent system(MAS)was developed to verify the correctness and reliability of the theoretical research results through system simulation experiments.The main work and research results of this paper are as follows.(1)Lean management and lean supply chain theory were introduced to the domain of prefabricated buildings supply chain management.Based on the principle of system engineering,a Hall’s three-dimensional structural model was established for guiding the methodological logic of research work on lean supply chain synergy mechanism in prefabricated buildings.(2)Four key indicators(average waiting time,procurement lead time,average onsite inventory,and vehicle utilization rate)were derived by analyzing key factors that affect the operational efficiency of the prefabricated buildings supply chain.On this basis,a comprehensive evaluation model of the lean supply chain synergy mechanism for prefabricated buildings was developed based on multi-objective optimization theory.(3)Based on the proposed multi-objective comprehensive evaluation model,a MAS simulation experimental platform for prefabricated buildings lean supply chain was developed.The influence rules of key indicators on supply chain synergy were analyzed with practical project cases.The applicability and reliability of the theoretical model proposed in this paper has been verified through comparative analysis of the simulation experiment data.The research contents and methods of this paper involve the category of interdisciplinary.The coordination mechanism of prefabricated buildings supply chain was studied based on the principles of system engineering and operations research,and combined with the method of system simulation experiment.The research results of this paper will provide a theoretical reference for improving the efficiency of the supply chain management of prefabricated buildings in China. |
