A Research On Financial Support Industrial Structure Adjustment In Erdos

As a typical resource-based city, Erdos ranked its GDP growth from first in Inner Mongolia to the last one in2012, after nearly two decades of rapid development. Clearly, the reason is that the model of coal is extensive. What makes Erdos economic grow rapid is not technological innovation and sustainable development, but rich mineral resources. Therefore, Erdos need to adjust the industrial structure, develop diversified industries, thus achieving the goal of sustainable development.Finance, as an important part of modern economic development, related to the funding allocation of each sector in economy. Therefore, how to optimize the allocation of financial resources is very important for the adjustment of the industrial structure. the financial system of Ordos has gradual improvement in recent years, but the efficiency is still low for the funding allocation, and, does not efficiently support local economic development. In this paper, we will study area financial system how to play the most efficient role in supporting industrial structure adjustment,in the context of Ordos industrial restructuringThis paper takes industrial restructuring as a starting point, combined with the characteristics of industrial development in Ordos, and makes a correlation analysis for that how to effectively use financial resources to promote industrial restructuring in Erdos. This paper mainly including the following four parts:First, some of the concepts are reviewed, and analysis of the transmission mechanism of financial supporting industrial restructuring, from three levels of Industrial Structure:selection, rationalization, high-class. Secondly, it analyzes the development of the industrial structure of Erdos and financial development, noting the need for industrial restructuring. Third, through the quantitative analysis of the data about financial and industrial structure in1993-2012, It comes to a conclusion that Erdos financial situation is not enough to support the industrial restructuring, and it explains the problems of financial development. Finally, with the characteristics of industrial development in Ordos, it selects high-quality industrials, explain how to rationalize them and advance them. It proposed for corresponding financial means of each stage in order to achieve industrial restructuring in Erdos.
