Research Industrial Structure Optimization And Financial Support Of Qinghai Province

Finance is the core of modern economy, industrial restructuring is an important means of economic development. The process of industrial structure adjustment is the process of optimal allocation of economic resources continuously. Under the modern market economy system,through the effective allocation of financial resources, make different industries get the appropriate financial support, change its weight in GDP,and then affect the adjustment of industrial structure, the adjustment of the industrial structure and the upgrading of the industry level have an important influence, Finance is becoming the key element of promoting economic development and optimizing industrial structure.Based on the financial development and industrial structure adjustment, basis of comprehensive study on the reality of financial development and industrial optimization in Qinghai Province, focus on the role of financial development for industrial structure optimization. The research methods used the theoretical and empirical analysis, on the basis of the theory of the industry development and financial development at home and abroad Qinghai provincial industrial optimization and financial development data from the interception of 1978-2013, the status quo of industry and finance in Qinghai province is analyzed. In the process of empirical research, using the establishment of VAR, ADF root test, Grainger test, Cointegration test and other methods, to study the mutual influence between industrial structure adjustment and financial development.Through the above research, this paper argues that the scale of financial, financial structure and financial efficiency are all affected by the adjustment of industrial structure, and there is a phenomenon of alienation in Qinghai province, that is the expansion of the financial scale did not effectively promote the optimization and upgrading of local industrial structure, the continuous optimization of industrial structure promotes the expansion of financial scale.Combined with the reality of industrial structure and financial development and the conclusions of empirical analysis, author from the improvement of the financial ecology, strengthen policy financial support, vigorously develop the capital market and actively introducing industrial investment fund, and improve efficiency in the useof credit funds and other point of view put forward Qinghai provincial financial support industrial structure optimization policy recommendations.
