However, Zhang ye abounds in tourism, culture, it’s provides opportunities to the rapid development of the third industry; Third, the financ ial in Zhang ye has developed very fast in recent years, however, compared with the Gansu province in many aspects, such as the financ ial system, financ ial capital utilization is still relatively backward, and it remains to be further improved; Fourth, the combination of theory and empirical research as it can see, there is a very close relationship between the financ ial development and industrial structure adjustment, the financ ial gross, the financial effic iency and every aspects are all impact the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure.In the final part of policy recommendations, it’s proposed some views and suggestions to financial support the adjustment of industrial structure in Zhang ye from the macro environment,the scale of the financ ial development and the differentiation of the f inanc ial policy.
