The Research On The Training Of The Multi Skilled Worker In The ST Company

Nowadays, more and more corporations attach importance to training, which is one ofthe efficient ways of gaining talents. Because the workers in the factory connect toproduction contently, the skills of the workers effect the quality and price of the productsdirectly. So training the workers in the workshop is very meaningful to the company.Theoretically, this thesis conducted a summary on the academic discussion related totraining forms and the methods of training evaluation and the trainer team building, andthen back up for searching the proper way of cultivating multi skilled workers.Practically, this thesis did a further review on the training of the workers in STCompany, and then raised the meaning and the method of training multi skilled workers.Also this thesis expressed the stage achievement of the train of multi skilled workers in STCompany.At last, this thesis summarized the general procedures of training the multi skilledworkers, and gave the advice of the optimizing the procedures, and regarded it as referenceto the similar companies.
