| In modern industrial production, raw materials and other production materials, together with human resource, constitute the main factors which are affecting the productivity. Due to the high degree saturation of raw materials and the stability of plant, machinery and other production materials, the promotion effect on the productivity and production quality has been gradually less than before, and developing and progress space is getting smaller and smaller. Thus, human resource, which has gradually replaced the raw materials and other production materials, become to the main determinant factor during the development progress of productivity. Thus, the role of human resource in the production process, which has strong scientific value, has caused more and more attention in the world.This thesis, which is based on the current development in the related research fields of project scheduling and human resource management, presents a multi-skilled worker resource-constrained project scheduling problem, stays close to the actual production progress and solves the existing problems. Then, in order to meet different production needs, it establishes some mathematical models with different objectives conceive a number of experiments based on the standard PSPLIB and solves them all by ILOG CPLEX optimization software, analyzes the results and makes some comparisons and conclusions, evaluates the affection of parameters in these models. At last, the paper predicts the prospect of the future of the problems in the thesis.The main work in the thesis is showing in the following areas:(1) Completed the description of multi-skilled personnel resource scheduling problems with different objectives, so that it can express the practical problems by the application of optimal scheduling methods and do more in-depth researches.(2) In order to meet different description styles of different problems, it modeled and solved them by different modeling styles. After ensured the precise solving on the smaller scale problems, it strived to solve the larger scale problems efficiently, which can make the model really be used in the actual issues, instead of just stay in the theory level.(3) To lay the foundation for the future further research, such as the further detailed demarcation of the problem and the modeling of special problems, etc. By doing that it can build a problem model library based on the problems in the thesis and solve different types of multi-skilled personnel resource scheduling problems. |
