With the increase of the competition, the cost of domestic human resources continues to increase, and the manufacturing industry faces a complex and changing operating environment.Enterprises need to meet the requirements of reducing production costs, increasing production flexibility, and quickly meeting customer needs.Under this circumstance,it is of great significance to study the theory and methods of organizational optimization and worker scheduling. And how to flexibly assign workers for production is the key to improving production efficiency, increasing flexibility and quickly meeting customer needs.Although there are a lot of studies explore the theory and methods of worker scheduling, the main considerations are the benefits of the company, and the health and personal will of the worker are rarely considered. As an important component of the manufacturing site, workers' health and personal will greatly affect the company's benefits. If managers do not consider workers' health and personal will,it will not only affect the workers but also cause economic losses. Therefore, how to incorporate the health and personal will of workers into workers scheduling to improve the sustainability of enterprises and employees is an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, this study introduces the concept of ergonomics satisfaction.Based on the traditional consideration of the worker skill level optimization model, the ergonomics element is added, and the theory and method of ergonomics are applied to propose the multi-skilled worker scheduling method which comprehensive consider the skill level and ergonomics satisfaction.Firstly of all,it sorts out and analyzes relevant literatures from the perspectives of sustainability and ergonomics, worker scheduling problems and worker scheduling problems which consider ergonomics, summarizes its achievements and shortcomings. At the same time,it summarizes worker scheduling,multi-skilled employees and ergonomics, summarizes the application areas and solving methods of worker scheduling, and introduces the relevant evaluation methods of ergonomics in multi-skilled worker scheduling.Secondly,it analyzes the impact of personal physiology and objective environmental factors on workers' health, establishes the theoretical system and the evaluation index system based on ergonomics and multi-skilled worker scheduling. And analysis the skill level of multi-skilled worker in terms of quality, delivery and cost.Quantitatively analysis the influence of personal physiological factors and environmental factors on worker, and the concept of position ergonomics satisfaction and its calculation method were proposed. Finally, with the goal of maximizing skill level and position ergonomics satisfaction, the theoretical framework and mathematical model of multi-skilled worker scheduling based on position ergonomics satisfaction are proposed to rationally dispatch employees to ensure the economic benefits of normal production, the health and satisfaction of workers. The simulated annealing genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. The method and model proposed in the paper are calculated by using the data in actual production. The optimization schemes are evaluated and verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
