With the pace of reform and opening up, China’s national economy develops healthily and rapidly, People’s living standards has been greatly improved. With the speeding up paces of urbanization and industrialization, China has received remarkable achievements in economic construction. Nevertheless, we still need to solve the problem. Our country is a large agricultural country, always attaching great importance to agriculture and rural works. By2014, the No.1central document has been focused on "three agriculture" for11consecutive years. Rural economic development for our national economy plays a vital role. Currently, the gap between urban and rural development has continued to increase, farmers still relatively poor, backward agriculture,"three agriculture" issues have not been satisfactorily resolved, the contribution of the rural economy in the national economy rate is not high. To promote the development of rural economic growth will strengthen the rural finance. Finance is the core of the economy, the growth of the rural economy ceitainly cannot do without the support of rural finance, only by giving full play to the role of rural finance, to build and fit the rural economic growth in the financial system, will achieve the ultimate goal. If the adverse development of rural finance, will restrain the healthy development of the rural economy. Therefore, there is close relation between rural financial development and rural economic growth, build a good rural financial system, plays an important role in the growth of the rural economy.Heilongjiang province is a large agricultural province, major grain producing areas. This paper selected Heilongjiang province as the research object, the main content is to study the relationship between rural financial development and rural economic growth. This articles start from the current situation of rural financial developmet and rural economic growth in Heilongjiang,give an empirical analyse of the relationship between them and get the results,then cause analysis the threshold effect between rural finance and rural economy.finally.give the suggestion to deepen the relationship between rural financial development and rural economic growth in Heilongjiang province.
