Research On The Relationship Of Economy Control Policy And Master Land Use Plan Indicators

The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party ofChina proposed that " to play to the basic role of the market in allocatingresources ",master land use plan also needs to consider the impact ofmarkets, particularly economic control policies. In formulating andimplementing the overall land use planning process, economic factorstend to have a major impact, this paper takes the main index ofeconomic regulation and control policy (gross domestic product, themoney supply, the total social investment in fixed assets) andagricultural land, construction land and unused land area change ofYijinhuoluo as the breakthrough point, through the analysis of the two inthe planning period (1997-2010) variation, built the correlation model,conclude the correlation coefficient by using the software of SPSS,quantitative the relationship between the economic control policy andmaster land use plan.Through research and analysis, this paper draws the followingconclusions: the relationship between the changes of economicregulation policy index and the Yijinhuoluo area of agricultural land byfilling balance policy of strict protection of arable land in our countryaccounted for, the correlation coefficient is very low, the farmland arearemained uplink stability and economic trends are not consistent upwardtrend; construction land change and economic regulation index of basicconsistent, correlation is very high; unused land remained stable, in theagricultural land to construction land increases unceasingly in thesituation continued to decline, the negative correlation is high andeconomic regulation index; the overall look, is significantly affected bythe economic control policy planning index of land use in Yijinhuoluo, construction land directly affected, then influence of agricultural landand unused land. The overall land use planning is significantly affectedby the economic control polices, and economic regulation policy withthe internal and external environment changes, adaptive and flexibleplanning must be to strengthen the planning, mode choice, especially the"process" has become the inevitable trend.
