In order to optimize the structure and quality of rural teachers,solve the problems existing in the development of rural education,promote the construction and development of the supplementary mechanism for rural teachers,and promote educational equity,the Ministry of Education decided to start in 2004 to implement the "The Plan of Cultivation of Postgraduate Teachers in Rural Education"(the "Master Program"),Master of Agriculture are outstanding undergraduate graduates of outstanding institutions,high level of professional knowledge,bring a vigorous development force to rural education.However,when paying attention to its contribution to society,it neglects the training and education that it should receive as a graduate student,so it is of great significance to study the training status quo of the "Master Program"and analyze the problems in the cultivation process of the music subject of the "Master Program" in Hunan Province.Through the understanding of national policy,this paper adopts the study object of Master of music in Hunan Normal University's 2015-2019 level,using literature method,questionnaire method and interview method,combined with the training and implementation status of Hunan Province's "Master Program",starting from the five dimensions of policy attraction,curriculum setting,graduation thesis,service unit's training of music agricultural students and agricultural students' career development plan to analyze and summarize the unreasonable part of the cultivation mode of Master of Agriculture.In order to improve the training quality of Master of music,the above-mentioned suggestions are as follows:strengthen the publicity and implementation of the policy,build a network supervision platform that combines publicity,teaching,supervision and feedback,create a policy implementation atmosphere and improve the authority of the policy;Strengthen the training of the professional teaching level of Master of music,give full play to the professional expertise of Master of music,pay attention to the continuing education and training of Master of music,guide the planning of the professional development of Master of music in the "Master Program",training schools to pay attention to the cultivation of agricultural students to establish a correct professional concept,Master of Agriculture themselves should also make reasonable life planning,prepare for the job,students who choose an alternative career can face the difficulties in the process of re-employment.
