Study Of Official Document Writing Under New Media Environment

The emergence of digital technique makes media form and spreading state and pattern in revolutionary change. New Media, as a relative concept, is a new media form which develops after newspaper, broadcast, television and other traditional media, including network media, cell phone media, digital media and other media; physical boundary of media form is increasingly vague, its spreading tends to bilateral and even multiple interaction; with changes of media form and spreading state, document writing has begun to present a huge reform, and writing under new media environment has become a popular trend. Under the network environment, with computer as a tool, advantages of network and new media could be fully displayed, and official document writing meets the practical need, conforming to the development direction of modern writing research. It’s not only conducive to the requirements on official document writing practice, but also conducive to continue the research on computer writing. There is accumulation of the theory and practice as well as the space to continue research.The thesis consists of five chapters.Chapter One is the introduction to the current research, including the background, purpose, significance and the overview of this study. Chapter Two is the literature reviews about the relevant research results that related concepts of official document writing under new media environment, that is theoretical and technological basis of official document writing, significant theoretical background. Chapter Three describes research design of this paper. There are three types of investigation Report under new media environment The research questions and hypothesis, the research instruments, data collection procedure and analysis, Chapter Four analyzes and discusses mainly in English official documents writing, experimental discussions and main findings are included.. Chapter Five is the conclusion and Implications section.This thesis takes investigation report as an example to research official document writing under new media environment, and with the help of some concepts of linguistics, tries to explore the impact of Internet on the official document writing, advantages, research significance, and future development trend and so on.
