Energy is an important driving force for national development, closely related to the national economy, it is important to ensure that the transmission network power transmission, construction of the transmission line is to provide high quality, reliable, high-quality energy foundation. Transmission investment projects have many features with a large amount of investment, long construction period, high technical requirements, and the factors which influence investment results and so on. The project risks and factors that affected multiple links, any link or will not deal with the factors that affect the process of the project, which will lead to investment risk, cause transmission failure and may even bring significant social and economic losses. Therefore, investment in the construction of the power project risk analysis and the corresponding management strategy for the smooth conduct electricity investment projects to improve investment efficiency has an important significance.The paper firstly introduces the theoretical of invest risk in transmission projects with a systematic study. Then it analyzes the general characteristics of the transmission project investment, transmission project investment risk identification and analysis of the risk factors. Secondly, the paper describes a method of transmission project investment evaluation and analysis, and breakeven analysis using the transmission project investment risk is analyzed and an empirical test. The conclusion is that the bigger breakeven volume is, the greater the risk of investment projects. The higher proportion of fixed costs to total costs, the higher the risk factor of the project.Finally, for the risk exists of transmission project; and analysis the factors which factors affecting transmission investment risk with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. In the end this paper builds a suitable transmission project investment risk prevention and control system.
