For profitability, risk, mainly proceed from the sales net interest rate, from the production of products, customer service and business process management are proposed; the solvency risk, mainly from the aspects of financing decision is proposed; the operation ability risk, mainly from the management of accounts receivable should be given some suggestion. Finally, to prevent the three aspects of profitability, solvency, operating capacity of the financial risk and puts forward the specific measures. The purpose of this paper is to identify, analysis and evaluation of HR company's financial risk, and then puts forward some suggestions and inspiration to improve financial risk management for the similar enterprises in the photo-voltaic.
