| With the development of industry economy, the competition between several single companies is shifting to the entire supply chains. Facing supply chain finance this "blue sea", commercial banks have begun to participate in this supply chain to provide the enterprises a wide range of financial services actively. Meanwhile, because of the auto industry’s high degree of relevance and systemic, it is now gradually showing the apparent trend of industry consolidation and a character of clustering. The core enterprises are playing a more important role in supply chain.This article selects Foton develops supply chain finance cooperation with Industrial Bank’s specific case, analyzed the supply chain mode, the effect of financial cooperation, shortcomings and successes. In order to promote auto industry’s development of financial cooperation, and also enhance commercial banks’ financial cooperation capable of providing supply chain.The research approach is, firstly introduce the domestic and foreign scholars’research results in the field of supply chain finance. Then introduce the main case, this main case set the auto industry as the breakthrough point, it tells the story of the successful cooperation between Foton and Industrial Bank. Through briefly describes both sides’basic information, credit strategies, analyzed cooperation strategies and financing mode deeply. In the financing evaluation part, on the one hand, through analysis the channel coverage, financial support and the tripartite earnings these three perspectives on the positive side. On the other hand, have applied several financial knowledge indicating the deficiencies in cooperation, and made optimization recommendations, also. Through analyzing of deficiencies on both sides in the case, it can indicate Industrial Bank to improve the cooperation ship with Foton in supply chain finance. Finally, I summed up experiences of both sides, including the bank, the core enterprises and the Government, which can be learned from. |
