The Research On Risk Management Of Warehouse Receipt Pledge In Xiamen Suchuan Logistics Enterprise

Warehouse receipt pledge is an integrated business and the combination oflogistics and financial and it happens to solve financing difficulty of small andmedium enterprises, bank lending difficulties, logistics service problems. Warehousereceipt pledge bring benefits and also has a lot of potential risks, so risk assessmentand controlling of warehouse receipt pledge is especially important. Xiamen Suchuanlogistics company develops warehouse receipt pledge business early. To studywarehouse receipt pledge business risk management from the company’s point ofview could make the identification and risk evaluation for the company’s warehousereceipt pledge risk factors and put forward to management measures for the company.At the same time, this study plays a certain reference role in providing warehousereceipt pledge risk identification, assessment, controling for other logistics company.According to Xiamen Suchuan logistics companies’ development, the expertevaluation and SPSS software are used to do reliability analysis to establish theevaluation index system of risk in this paper. Then use AHP to determine weights ofrisk evaluation and do the measurement and evaluation of the calculation of XiamenSuchuan logistics company’s warehouse receipt pledge by fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method. Detail evaluation analysis according to the calculation value.Finally, risk control measures were proposed in four aspects of risk aversion, risktransfer, risk mitigation, risk retention according to the evaluation results and XiamenSuchuan logistics companies’ development.Through this research, this paper constructs the risk evaluation index system ofXiamen Suchuan logistics company, wherein the criteria layer contains the pledge risk,internal risk management of the company, technical risk, credit risk, the risk ofexternal environment and the index layer contains19index. The risk degree ofXiamen Suchuan logistics company’s warehouse receipt pledge business is "safer"and then a rationalization proposal is put forward for the risk control of Xiamen Suchuan logistics company according to the calculation results of important degreeand the safety of the indexes.
