Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Purchase Management Model In E Electric Drives Co., LTD

As an important link in the process of a corporate production and management, purchasing management is becoming an important way of improving the enterprise core competitiveness. Purchasing management is changing from simple purchasing to reasonable purchasing. Excellent purchasing management process not only plays a positive role in reducing the total purchasing costs and raising profits, but also enables companies to reduce prices and increase their market competitiveness, so as to enhance the ultimate profitability level of the whole supply chain; the speed and efficiency of procurement and the implementation of the order will directly affect the service level of enterprise. So it is very important and realistic to study the enterprise procurement management.This paper focuses on the analysis of the purchasing cost and efficiency. Firstly, this paper set up re-order point (ROP) model according to a large number of data in information system. We can get a certain material ROP by calculation. Besides, we come up with a decreasing tendency for whole materials and it reduces inventory funds account. Secondly, this paper establishes the risk stock loss model and gives the purchasing saving cost by perfect suppliers as well as scientific inventory management. Thirdly, this paper establishes an efficiency model and describes the procurement of information technology can help enterprises improve procurement efficiency especially for order processing speed of parts quality issues. At the same time, supplier increases response speed.This paper describes the status of E electric drive company based on the actual application. It also analysis the problems of purchasing management in E company and come up with the countermeasures respectively. The four aspects are manufacture materials management, informatization purchasing, purchased part quality and supplier management.
